Ingredients
Method
Chill and set the caramel glass
- Drizzle caramel sauce inside a chilled coupe or martini glass, coating the sides for a streaked look, then refrigerate for 10 minutes to set.
- Make sure the glass feels cold to the touch before proceeding so the drink stays crisp when strained.
Shake the cocktail
- Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
- Add butterscotch schnapps, apple vodka, apple cider, caramel vodka, and cream if using.
- Shake vigorously for 15 seconds until the shaker is frosty.
Strain and garnish
- Double-strain the cocktail into the prepared caramel glass for a smooth, clear finish.
- Garnish with a thin apple slice and a cinnamon stick, then serve immediately.
Notes
Pro tip: drizzle the caramel thinly and rotate the glass as you drizzle so it sets into decorative streaks. Store any leftovers covered in the refrigerator up to 24 hours, but the caramel drizzle may soften—best enjoyed the day it’s made. Freezing isn’t recommended due to separation. For a lower-sugar swap, use an unsweetened apple cider and reduce or omit the caramel sauce portion (or use caramel vodka if it fits your preference).
