Method
Prep the oven and pan
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a large baking sheet.
Make the honey garlic sauce
- Whisk honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, olive oil, and red pepper flakes until smooth.
Coat and arrange
- Toss kielbasa rounds, broccoli florets, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, zucchini, and red onion with the sauce until evenly coated.
Roast
- Spread everything on the baking sheet in a single layer, then roast for 20–25 minutes, tossing halfway, until the vegetables are caramelized and the kielbasa is golden.
Finish and serve
- Scatter sesame seeds and green onions over the sheet pan, then serve immediately.
Notes
For the best caramelization, don’t overcrowd the sheet pan—use a second pan if needed. Store leftovers in the refrigerator up to 3 days; reheat in a 400°F oven until hot. Freezing is not recommended for best texture. For a lower-sodium option, use low-sodium soy sauce in the honey garlic glaze.
