Ingredients

For the crust
  • 24 Golden Oreos finely crushed
  • 5 tbsp butter melted
For the cream cheese layer
  • 8 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 cup whipped topping
For the pudding layer
  • 2 lemon or vanilla instant pudding 2 boxes (3.4 oz each)
  • 3 cup cold milk
For the topping
  • 2 cup whipped topping
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 1 cup raspberries

Equipment

  • 1 sheet pan

Method

Make the Golden Oreo crust
  1. Mix finely crushed Golden Oreos with melted butter until evenly moistened, then press firmly into the bottom of a 9x13 dish. Refrigerate for 20 minutes until the crust looks set and feels firm.
Layer the cream cheese mixture
  1. Beat softened cream cheese with powdered sugar and vanilla extract until smooth. Fold in 1 cup whipped topping, then spread the mixture over the chilled crust, smoothing the top with a spatula.
Add the pudding layer
  1. Whisk instant pudding with cold milk for 2 minutes until thickened and pourable but not runny. Spread it over the cream cheese layer and level it out for even coverage.
Top and chill
  1. Spread 2 cups whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer. Arrange sliced strawberries, blueberries, and raspberries in rows or a scattered pattern across the top.
  2. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours until all layers are fully set and the slice edges hold their shape. Slice into rectangles and serve cold.

Notes

For the cleanest slices, keep the assembled lasagna covered in the fridge and slice with a sharp knife while it stays cold. Store leftovers covered in the refrigerator for up to 4 days; freezing is not recommended because the whipped topping and berries can lose texture. For a lighter option, use reduced-fat cream cheese and light whipped topping to reduce richness while keeping the layered structure.
